Formation PNL: retour à l'école maternelle

Suivre une formation lorsque l’on est adulte, professionnel expérimenté, c’est un peu comme retourner à la fac ! Suivre une formation de développement personnel telle que la PNL (Programmation Neuro Linguistique), c’est littéralement retourner à l’école maternelle, au sens propre comme au sens figuré !
 
Bien que manager RH et coach, pendant 3 jours, je me suis retrouvée à l’école maternelle de Pralognan! Ce choix de lieu de formation, une école maternelle, n’est pas anodin car suivre une formation en PNL, c’est accepter de remettre en cause un certain nombre de certitudes et de croyances ! C’est accepter de se dire : « je sais que je ne sais rien, ou pas grandchose». C’est constater que l’on apprend aussi bien voire mieux à l’extérieur, dans la belle nature qu’ à l’intérieur. C’est s’ouvrir à une autre façon de vivre, expérimenter et intégrer les enseignements.
 
A l’issue de ces 3 jours de formation, je me suis dit que toute personne travaillant dans les relations humaines devrait nettoyer, dépoussiérer sa pratique en suivant ce type de formation. C’est pour moi, l’hygiène indispensable du professionnel des relations humaines !
