Amour & Désamour

Vous allez me demander pourquoi parler d'amour et désamour sur un blog professionnel? C'est une bonne question et pourtant, cette semaine, j'ai eu le sentiment que c'était le centre des débats: amour et désamour de mon travail, de mes collègues, ...de mon chef! Et puis, parce que j'ai fini cette terrible semaine avec ce beau feedback d'une de mes collègues :" tu sais je voulais te dire, je crois que ton collaborateur, il t'aime bien en tant que chef. Cela se voit." 
Je vous arrête tout de suite, il ne s'agissait pas de sentiment amoureux au sens personnel du terme...mais plutôt au sens professionnel du terme.

Moi qui prend un soin tout particulier à séparer ma vie personnelle de ma vie professionnelle, à séparer mes sentiments personnels à ceux professionnels...voilà qu'ils se télescopent! 

Enfin, quand il y a amour, il peut y avoir désamour professionnel. Et c'est aussi ce que j'ai vécu cette semaine au travers d'un collègue avec son équipe; subissant le désamour de son équipe de manière frontale, comme un acte désespéré de cette équipe en souffrance. 

Cela a fait résonance avec le livre que je suis en train de lire en ce moment: "Manager, c'est aimer" d' Etienne Blondiaux. Manager, c'est mettre dans cet acte professionnel, ce que l'on est, un peu de soi, de ses sentiments, de sa passion,... On ne peut pas enthousiasmer une équipe par des chiffres et des indicateurs, on ne peut l'enthousiasmer que par sa personnalité, ses valeurs, ses croyances, ses passions! Par ce que l'on aime!

Ces réflexions sur l'amour professionnel se croisent avec mes réflexions sur l'amour personnel. Dans les deux cas, l'amour est un mouvement et parfois un "malentendu heureux".  
Louis Garrel dit: " On peut être infidèle à la personne que l'on aime, pas forcément en la trompant sexuellement mais en lui mentant sur ce qu'on est vraiment."
Cette phrase me parle personnellement et professionnellement. J'ai le sentiment fort de l'avoir vécu sur les deux plans, personnel et professionnel. Et cela renvoie immanquablement au fait d'être vrai dans ses relations professionnelles et personnelles.

la conséquence de cette cassure ou rupture, c'est cette sensation terrible et abyssale de la fin de la complétude: complétude dans le couple ou bien dans l'équipe.
La perte d'amour et de sécurité nous laisse seuls dans un monde hostile. Solitude de l'équipe et solitude de l'être. Et là que faire?

Peut-on reconstruire une relation cassée, dans un couple comme dans une équipe? faire appel à un thérapeute ou un médiateur?

J'en suis là de mes réflexions...je n'ai pas la solution.

La question est complexe.
Je dirai qu'il faut se faire confiance et suivre son coeur ��.
Même si le choix est difficile, il faut accepter de savoir que l'on a toujours le choix.
Nous avons tous un chemin, apprendre de chaque expérience pour grandir et avancer pour trouver les réponses.

L'amour est bien sûr complexe et prend de multiples formes, de la bienveillance à la passion charnelle, du privé au professionnel.
Je pense sincèrement que l'on peut tout reconstruire si on s'engage dans ce choix et que l'on est bien accompagné.
