Le Lien, une DRH au cœur de la tourmente!

La situation que nous vivons, aussi terrible et inédite soit-elle, montre paradoxalement l’une des plus belles facettes de l’humanité : LE LIEN.

LE LIEN EN SOI ET A L'AUTRE

Le lien de solidarité, le lien de créativité, le lien du collectif dans l’adversité.
Ce moment nous permet de tester la force de nos liens et il est pour moi, plus que crucial de garder, de soigner le lien entre nous.
La distance physique que nous impose le virus ne doit pas nous enlever notre proximité sociale !

Plus la distance géographique est grande, plus nous devons communiquer, encore et encore, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Je vous invite, je nous invite à développer nos liens de solidarité, de créativité et de responsabilité.

C’est dans ce contexte que notre entreprise a mis en place des mesures barrière afin que chacun travaille en sécurité, c’est dans ce contexte que nous nous efforçons de répondre au mieux à vos questions, c’est dans ce contexte que les personnels présents sur site maintiennent une activité et permettent de servir nos clients, c’est dans ce contexte que les personnes en télétravail font en sorte d’être présentes et de répondre à nos appels et à nos mails.

C’est également dans ce contexte que nous devons réfléchir ensemble et faire des propositions autour du télétravail et du lien au sein de notre organisation en cette période de confinement. Notre objectif est de co-construire un cadre pour que tous, nous vivions au mieux cette période : travailleurs et télétravailleurs.
C’est à nous de nous adapter en inventant de nouvelles formes de communication et de rituels pour développer nos liens.
 
Parce que je rentre d’un séjour en Inde, je partage avec vous un proverbe hindou : 
« le sourire que tu envoies revient vers toi »
